Acceptance

By accessing VisibilityIQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Access during the testing phase is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

Testing phase

The service is pre-release. It may be unavailable, reset, or change without notice, and audit results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for business decisions, and do not treat stored data as a system of record — keep your own copies.

Acceptable use

• Only audit domains you own or are explicitly authorised to audit.
• Do not use the crawler to overload, disrupt or circumvent protections on any site.
• Do not attempt to access other users' projects or data.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service during the testing phase.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the domains, URLs and configuration you add. You grant us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service — crawling the pages you nominate and storing the resulting audit data for you.

Availability

No uptime commitment or service level is offered during the testing phase. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from use of the service during this testing phase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, particularly for misuse of the crawler. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any point.

Changes

These terms will be replaced with a full agreement before general availability. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
