Who we are

VisibilityIQ is a website auditing tool that scores pages for search and AI-answer readiness. During the testing phase it is operated privately and access is granted per account.

What we collect

• Account data — the email address and password you sign in with. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
• Project data — the domains, page URLs and audit results you create in the app.
• Preferences — settings such as your selected theme.

We do not collect analytics, behavioural tracking data, advertising identifiers, or any special categories of personal data.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: authenticating you, running the audits you request, and storing the results so you can return to them. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.

Crawling third-party sites

When you audit a domain, our servers fetch pages from that domain and store the results against your project. Only add domains you own or are authorised to audit.

Where it is stored

Data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) hosted in the EU (London region), and the application is served via Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf as sub-processors.

Retention

Project and audit data is kept until you delete it or your account is removed. Deleting a project removes its pages, audit history and link checks. Deleting an account removes the projects it owns.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Because this is a testing deployment, the fastest route is to contact the administrator who granted your access.
